This because at that stage of improper health, taste means higher level of cholesterol and gain of calories, which is not considered healthy. This, in turn, restricts them to eating boiled vegetables and salads. But with the help of seafood items, it has become really very easy for the food lovers to enjoy tasty and at the same time healthy food. Lobster, shrimp, clam, etc. are some of the very popular sea creatures that act as the ingredients for the dishes. Lobster tails are also found to be quite delicious when cooked properly.

Preparing or cooking lobster tails might appear to be easier, but it actually engages a considerable level of concentration when ne cooks the tails. There are several means in which the lobster tails can be cooked. A cook can boil, grill, steam and even bake the tails in order to relish the devouring seafood dish. The methods have briefly been mentioned below:

Boil the Lobster tails: Take a large saucepan containing water. Add in it around 1 teaspoon of salt for each litre of water. As soon as the water starts boiling, drop the tails within it and boil them based on your calculation as per 1 tail to be boiled for 1 minute. Now drain the water and serve the tails hot along with butter, lemon juice or mayonnaise.

Steam the Lobster tails: Into the bottom of pan, pour about 1 cup of water and mix salt in it and boil the content. Insert a stick in each of the lobster longitudinally. On steaming, they may get curled. To avoid this, the stick is inserted. Take the tails and place them on the steaming rack within the pan and cover it. For about 7 to 8 minutes, steam the tails and then drain he water and serve it hot.

Grill the lobster tails: Take a skewer made up of wood and insert them into the lobster tails for the same reason of preventing them from curling on boiling. Similar to boiling and steaming, in this methodtoo, you need to take a saucepan, put some water in it, mix salt and bring the content to boil. When you see that the water is fiercely boiling, drop the tails in it and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now drain the tails and once they cool down, position them on their backs. Do you see the soft top shell of the tail? Split it with knife longitudinally. Put some melted butter and lemon juice over the meat. In spite of using lemon juice and butter, you can also use the marinade of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt pepper over the meat. Then place the shell in a side down position into a pre-heated grill. Under a medium heat, grill the lobster tails for 7 to 8 minutes till the flesh turns opaque. Remove the tails from grill and serve hot with lemon, melted butter and mayonnaise.

Bake the Lobster tails: To enjoy the best seafood relish, you can preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit. Split the soft shell as you do while grilling. On a baking tray, place the lobster tails and brush it with melted butter. Now bake it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Now serve hot with lemon slice, melted butter or mayonnaise.
